本文运用空间杆件机构的解析方法,得出了考虑转向节立轴定位角情况下的双拉杆转向机构的运动学关系,提出了这种机构优化设计的目标函数和约束条件,用网格法和正多面体法对某拖拉机的双拉杆机构进行了优化设计。
In this paper, using the analytical method of the spatial bar mechanism, the kinematic relationship of the double-bar steering mechanism considering the orientation angle of the steering column is obtained. The objective function and constraint conditions of the optimal design of this mechanism are proposed. Polyhedral method for a tractor double-rod mechanism optimized design.
