文章叙述了为提高无油润滑压缩机可靠性对高、中、低压活塞密封所进行的试验,介绍了不同应用范围活塞密封的结构和材料。试验结果表明;小流量压缩机的高压级采用套筒密封可以达到满意的效果,特别是中低压级,采用一槽双环内衬弹力环的结构可以提高输气系数。单作用压缩机采用气缸中心线和曲轴回转中心线不共面的结构可以减少侧压力。文章还提出提高活塞密封寿命的途径,给出了整体导向环残余变形曲线及活塞与气缸之间间隙、环的安装间隙的经验值。表6,图5。
This paper describes the experiments of high, medium and low pressure piston seals to improve the reliability of oil - free lubrication compressors. The structure and materials of piston seals in different application ranges are introduced. The experimental results show that the high pressure stage of the low-flow compressor can achieve satisfactory results with the sleeve seal, especially in the middle and low pressure stage. The structure of a double-ring lined elastic ring can improve the gas transmission coefficient. Single-acting compressor with cylinder centerline and crankshaft centerline rotation is not coplanar structure can reduce the side pressure. The paper also proposes ways to improve the life of the piston seal, and gives the empirical value of the residual deformation curve of the whole guide ring and the gap between the piston and the cylinder, the installation clearance of the ring.
