近年来,由于适龄入学人口的减少、本科院校的扩招、多种形式的成人教育的发展,加之高职院校本身存在定位不明确,专业设置无特色,招生无序竞争的问题,高职院校的发展陷入了生源危机当中。本文就高职院校面临生源危机的原因加以分析,提出优化生源结构,拓展生源空间;调整专业设置,突出办学特色;大力发展自主招生等措施,来帮助高职院校持续、稳定、健康的发展。
