为了实现高温试验箱内的温度采集,设计了一种基于USB技术的单片机温度采集系统。采用IAP15W4K58S4单片机作为控制器和AD转换器,标准化N型热电偶作为温度传感器,单片机与PC机之间利用USB进行通信,并通过PC上位机界面实时显示监控箱内温度变化。从硬件电路和软件设计两方面阐述了系统的组成与功能,整个系统具有体积小,硬件电路简单,性价比高,直观,实时性好等特点。
In order to achieve the temperature inside the high-temperature test chamber, a microprocessor-based temperature acquisition system based on USB technology was designed. Using IAP15W4K58S4 microcontroller as the controller and AD converter, a standardized N-type thermocouple is used as the temperature sensor. The communication between the microcontroller and the PC is through USB, and the temperature in the box is monitored and monitored in real time through the PC host interface. The composition and function of the system are expounded from two aspects of the hardware circuit and the software design. The whole system has the characteristics of small size, simple hardware circuit, high cost performance, intuitiveness and good real-time performance.
