介绍一种集车削与挤压工艺于一体的复合圆盘刀具及其车削工艺。工件系由等厚的矽钢片叠加而成,外圆表面粗糙度要求较高,采用普通车刀难以保证工件外圆表面的尺寸精度和表面粗糙度要求。介绍了刀具的结构,以及车削时的工艺参数,可供加工类似工件时参考。
