目的 研究P2 7蛋白及Ki 6 7抗原在人脑星形细胞肿瘤中的表达情况以及它们之间的相互关系。方法 S P免疫组化方法。结果 (1)P2 7在星形细胞肿瘤中的表达程度 (LImean =2 7 4% )显著低于非肿瘤脑组织 (LImean =6 8 8% ) ,而且其表达强度随肿瘤恶性程度增高而下降。(2 )P2 7与Ki 6 7的表达呈显著负相关 (r = 0 86 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 P2 7蛋白表达的缺失可能与脑星形细胞肿瘤的发生有密切关系 ,其标记指数能较客观地反映肿瘤的恶性程度
Objective To study the expression of P2 7 protein and Ki 6 7 antigen in human brain astrocytic tumors and the correlation between them. Methods S P immunohistochemical method. Results (1) The expression of P2 7 in astrocytic tumors (LImean = 274%) was significantly lower than that in non-cancerous brain tissues (LImean = 68.8%), and the expression intensity of P2 7 decreased with the increase of malignancy . (2) There was a significant negative correlation between the expression of P2 7 and Ki 6 7 (r = 0 86, P 0 01). Conclusion The loss of P2 7 protein may be closely related to the occurrence of brain astrocytoma. The labeling index can objectively reflect the degree of malignancy of the tumor
