目的:研究月经周期改变、克罗米芬刺激试验与卵巢储备能力下降的预测关系,找出早期预测卵巢早衰方法。方法:对月经规则与月经周期改变的生育期妇女分组进行卵泡早期FSH检测及对两组妇女进行克罗米芬刺激试验(CCCT),2年后随访进行卵泡早期FSH检测。结果:研究开始FSH平均值观察组与对照组无明显差异,CCCT结果观察组阳性率较对照组明显升高;2年后结果显示FSH平均值观察组明显高于对照组,月经周期改变组FSH值10~20 IU/L、FSH>20 IU/L例(率)较对照组明显高;CCCT阳性组FSH值FSH>20 IU/L例(率)明显高于阴性组。结论:月经周期改变可能预示卵巢储备能力下降,而克罗米芬刺激试验是一种简单可早期预测卵巢储备能力下降的方法。
OBJECTIVE: To study the relationship between menstrual cycle changes, the clomiphene citrate stimulation test and the prediction of ovarian reserve decline, and to find out the early prediction of premature ovarian failure. Methods: The women with gestational age and menstrual cycle whose menstrual cycle changed were divided into groups to carry out early follicular FSH test and clomiphene citrate stimulation test (CCCT) to two groups of women. The follicular early FSH test was followed up two years later. Results: At the beginning of the study, there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group. The positive rate of CCCT in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The results of two years later showed that the FSH mean observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Values of 10-20 IU / L and FSH> 20 IU / L were significantly higher than those of the control group. The FSH value of FSH> 20 IU / L in the CCCT positive group was significantly higher than that in the negative group. CONCLUSIONS: Changes in the menstrual cycle may indicate a decrease in ovarian reserve capacity, while clomiphene citrate stimulation is a simple and predictive method for predicting a decrease in ovarian reserve capacity.
