本文利用同步辐射产生的Ck软X线(E=0.28KeV),以60Co-γ射线为对照,研究了Ck软x线对质粒PBK-CMVDNALacZ基因片段的诱变作用及对其转化活性的影响,并对Ck软X线所诱导的9个LacZ-突变体LacZ基因片段进行了序列测定。结果显示:同60Co-γ射线相比,Ck软X线具有高效的生物效应,表现为较高的诱导突变率与转化失活率(1一存活率)。Ck软X钱诱导LacZ基因突变的主要特点有:碱基变异类型多,并以碱基置换为主;碱基变异的发生频率较高;突变在位点916、969、996、1083处发生的次数较多,它们可能与Ck软X线的突变热点有关。Ck软X线的分子突变谱的研究将有助于从分子水平揭示其生物效应的机制,从本质上看:Ck软X线的生物效应主要是由软X线与受照物质之间相互作用特点决定的。
