医院实行股份制管理,大致有3种形式,即:股份制医院、股份制专科、股份制设备。 股份制医院是指医院的全部注册资本是由全体股东共同出资,并以股份形式构成的。它的设立方式可以分为发起或募集两种。发起设立是由发起人(只具有独立法人资格的单位或个人)认足股份成立医院。目前在我国,由几家独立法人资格的国营工矿企业可以采用这种方式设立职工医院。募集设立是由发起人只认购全部股份的一部分,其余部分向外募集。这种方式又可分为定向募集和社会募集两种形
There are generally three forms of hospitals that implement joint-stock management, namely, joint-stock hospitals, joint-stock specialties, and joint-stock equipment. Joint-stock hospitals refer to the entire registered capital of a hospital which is jointly funded by all shareholders and is constituted in the form of shares. Its establishment can be divided into two types: initiation or recruitment. Initiation of establishment is initiated by a sponsor (a unit or individual with independent legal personality qualifications) to establish sufficient shares to establish a hospital. At present, in China, state-owned industrial and mining enterprises qualified by several independent legal persons can use this method to set up staff hospitals. The fund-raising establishment is a part of the sponsors who only subscribes to all the shares, and the rest is collected from the outside. This method can be further divided into two forms: directed recruitment and social recruitment.
