我国产业集群在GVC中受到发达国家大型跨国公司的俘获,处于GVC的低附加值环节,亟需进行产业升级。我国“俘获型”产业集群嵌入GVC的升级路径有专业市场型升级、主导技术型升级、全面品牌型升级。以东莞市大朗毛织产业集群为例,论证了三种产业集群升级路径的有效性,说明了三种升级路径配合可以加速产业升级进程,产业升级的最高级形式是创建全新的GVC,政府的积极引导不可或缺。
China’s industrial clusters in GVC by large multinationals in developed countries captured, in the low value-added part of GVC, the urgent need for industrial upgrading. China “capture type ” industry cluster embedded GVC upgrade path to a professional market-oriented upgrade, leading technology upgrade, a comprehensive brand upgrade. Take Dalang Maozhi Industrial Cluster in Dongguan as an example, this paper demonstrates the effectiveness of the three industrial cluster upgrade paths, and shows that the cooperation of the three upgrade paths can speed up the industrial upgrading process. The most advanced form of industrial upgrading is to create a new GVC, The positive guidance is indispensable.
