从设计的角度将应用塑料波纹管和金属波纹管的后张法预应力框架梁瞬时预应力损失进行分析比较。通过对应用塑料波纹管的后张法预应力框架梁进行现场试验,监测框架梁张拉过程产生的摩擦损失、锚固损失、反拱和应变,回归出孔道偏差系数κ和孔道摩阻系数μ,并将摩擦损失和锚固损失的计算值与实测值进行对比。研究结果显示设计中采用的κ=0.0015和μ=0.15比较接近实测值。
From the perspective of design, the transient prestressing loss of post-tensioned prestressed frame girder with plastic corrugated pipe and metal corrugated pipe is analyzed and compared. Through field test of post-tensioned prestressed frame girder with plastic corrugated pipe, the friction loss, anchoring loss, back arch and strain produced during the tensioning of frame beam are monitored, the deviation coefficient κ and the friction coefficient μ of the borehole are returned, The calculated friction loss and anchor loss are compared with the measured values. The results show that the design used in the κ = 0.0015 and μ = 0.15 closer to the measured value.
