学校体育项目的组建与课余训练工作是学校体育工作的重要组成部分,我校近几年来在学校课余训练方面上取得了很大突破,课余训练不仅丰富了校园文化生活,还培养了一批优秀运动员,为学校、县、州赢得了荣誉,确实推动了学校群体活动的开展。在日常训练中,笔者在抓好学校体育管理的同时,结合学校体育教师多年带运动队训练积累的组织、管理等方面的经验,为体育课余体育训练的项目组建与管理实施提出了理论依据。
The construction of school sports programs and after-school training work is an important part of the school sports work. In recent years, our school has made great breakthroughs in school after-school training. After-class training not only enriches the campus cultural life, but also fosters a group of excellent Athletes won honors for schools, counties and prefectures and indeed promoted the activities of school groups. In daily training, I do a good job in school sports management at the same time, combined with school physical education teachers for many years with sports teams accumulated training organization, management and other aspects of experience, for physical education after school sports training project management and construction put forward a theoretical basis.
