运用流变学机理,分析了新拌灌浆料混合物的流变特性,湿混物在泵管中的流动规律。对于压力灌浆条件下,分析了沿管道内壁流动的摩擦阻力与流变梯度以及灌浆料粘度之间的规律,指出了影响压力灌浆的主要因素。
Based on the rheological mechanism, the rheological properties of fresh mixture and the flow of wet mixture in the pump tube were analyzed. Under the condition of pressure grouting, the law of the friction drag along the inner wall of the pipeline and the rheological gradient and the viscosity of the grouting material are analyzed. The main factors that affect the pressure grouting are pointed out.
