生活在大熊猫家乡的人们,注定要在发展与保护的两难困境中寻寻觅觅,探索出路。陕西省安康市的旬阳县,开发历史悠久,置县有2100多年。这个县文化底蕴厚重,已发掘的仰韶文化遗址就有40多处。这个县自古就是秦、楚文化交融和兵家必争之地,有秦尾楚首之称。这个县现有人口45万,面积3554平方公里,森林覆盖率43.6%,汉江在其境内长达84公里,生物与水能资源较为丰富,还是全国39种矿产资源的富集区。在开发与保护矛盾交织的秦岭地区有33个县、500多万人口,旬阳是很有典型性的。
People living in the hometown of giant pandas are doomed to find their way out of the dilemma of development and protection. Xunyang County, Ankang City, Shaanxi Province, has a long history of development and has set up a county for more than 2,100 years. The county has a rich cultural heritage. There are over 40 Yangshao sites that have been excavated. Since ancient times, this county is the place where Qin and Chu cultures blend in with their military strategists. The county has a population of 450,000 with an area of 3,554 square kilometers and a forest coverage rate of 43.6%. The Han River is 84 kilometers long in its territory. Its biological and hydropower resources are abundant, and it is also an enrichment area for 39 kinds of mineral resources nationwide. There are 33 counties and more than 5 million people in the Qinling Ridge area where development and protection are contradictory. Xunyang is typical.
