气相色谱中固定相的选择是决定色谱分离效果的关键性问题,迄今尚缺乏完整的理论指导。9-取代基咔唑化合物具有优良的光电导性能,近来已引起人们广泛的注意,但有关这类化合物的气相色谱分析研究尚未见有文献报导,因此在固定相的选择上缺乏借鉴。本文在分离咔唑系列化合物过程中,按照它们的色谱行为,探讨了这些分子的特性,并据此顺利地选出了能达到预期分离效果的色谱柱。
The choice of stationary phase in GC is the key issue in chromatographic separation. To date, there is a lack of complete theoretical guidance. 9-Substituted carbazole compounds have attracted extensive attention recently for their excellent photoconductivity. However, studies on gas chromatographic analysis of these compounds have not been reported yet, so there is no reference to the choice of stationary phase. In this paper, the separation of carbazole compounds in the process, according to their chromatographic behavior, to explore the characteristics of these molecules, and thus successfully selected to achieve the desired separation of the column.
