本文主要叙述氚钪源电子捕获检测器(EC-D)污染的表现、污染机理及清洗方法,并且提出了一些预防 ECD 污染的措施。ECD 是一种灵敏度和选择性很高的气相色谱检测器。因此,一旦微量电负性污染物进入检测器,就会产生很大的干扰,造成仪器的不稳定。为了保持 ECD 的灵敏度与稳定性,各项准备工作与分析操作都必须十分仔细。
This article describes the Tritium scandium source electron capture detector (EC-D) pollution performance, pollution mechanism and cleaning methods, and put forward some measures to prevent ECD pollution. ECD is a high sensitivity and selectivity of gas chromatography detector. Therefore, once the micro-electronegative pollutants into the detector, it will have a great interference, resulting in instability of the instrument. In order to maintain the sensitivity and stability of the ECD, all preparations and analysis must be carefully considered.
