This publication was jointly edited by the Institute of Philosophy, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, and the Mao Zedong’s Philosophical Thought Research Institute of the Chinese Society of Marxist History. It was originally called “Research Trends of Mao Zedong’s Philosophical Thought” and was renamed as “Study of Mao Zedong’s Philosophical Thought” from the latter half of 1988 and issued in public.
