中药饮片的质量直接影响着中医临床治疗的效果,然而目前中药炮制工作普遍不被重视,饮片合格率很低,这种现象必须引起注意。否则将会造成症对、方准、药不灵。笔者以20家县以上医院(中医院、综合医院)为调查对象,分别对30种415件常用中药饮片抽样,组织区内有关专家和高年资的老药工按《宁夏中药炮制规范》进行评价,发现不合格的有266件,不合格率达63.9％。不合格的原因主要是:
