报道了苦槛蓝抽提物对菜粉蝶幼虫拒食、毒杀和影响生长发育作用的生物活性.试验表明,ρ=10g/L的苦槛蓝叶、茎浸提物对莱粉蝶3龄幼虫的非选择性拒食率均在90%以上,对4龄和5龄幼虫的拒食率分别为80%~86%和46%~65%.Pottr喷雾处理72h后,ρ=10g/L叶甲醇浸提物对3龄幼虫的校正死亡率可达86.1%,而ρ=10g/L叶石油醚浸提物对4龄幼虫的校正死亡率则为88.5%.用苦槛蓝叶氯仿和甲醇萃取物处理4龄试虫72h后,LC50分别是ρ=6.3g/L和13.9g/L.ρ=10g/L苦槛蓝叶氯仿萃取物处理菜粉蝶5龄幼虫4d后,试虫平均体重为对照的38.05%,羽化率4.00%,发育抑制率达86.15%.
