3月14日,奥地利Nanoident科技公司宣布,将采用“喷墨打印”形式生产有机半导体集成电路。目前,这座位于奥地利林茨的工厂已开工。它是全球首座以“喷墨打印”形式生产有机半导体集成电路的工厂。据估算,传统半导体厂商一年制造4万平方米硅片的花费为13亿美元,需雇用5000员工。而Nanoident的工厂生产同样数量的有机半导体只需花费1千万美元和50名员工。从成本上来说,是传统方式的1/130;从人工来说,是传统方式的1/100。
On March 14, Nanoident Technology Austria announced that it will produce organic semiconductor ICs in “inkjet printing” format. Currently, the factory in Linz, Austria, has started.
