在快速发展的经济和科技的推动下,我国社会生产力水平和人们生活质量都得到了的大幅度的提升。在适应竞争日臻激烈的国际化市场中,企业要想占据一席之地,仍旧需要继续深化改革,提升企业的综合竞争力。企业思想政治工作和企业文化建设都是企业管理中的重要内容,对企业员工工作积极性的提高、产品质量的提升、成本的降低有着重要的影响。本文就企业思想政治工作与企业文化的融合作简要的分析。
Under the impetus of the fast-growing economy and science and technology, the level of social productivity and the quality of people’s life in our country have been greatly improved. In order to adapt to an increasingly competitive international market, companies want to occupy a place, still need to continue to deepen the reform and enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises. Enterprise ideological and political work and the building of enterprise culture are all important elements in business management, which have an important impact on the enthusiasm of employees, the improvement of product quality and the reduction of costs. This article briefly analyzes the integration of ideological and political work in enterprises and corporate culture.
