白细胞介素2(IL-2)作为免疫增强制剂常被用以抗击HIV治疗。一项来自于美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)临床中心以及变态反应与传染病研究所(NIAID)的研究报告显示,美国科学家近日发现一些对IL-2治疗产生应答的HIV阳性患者接受治疗后的免疫系统的T细胞寿命可明显延长。
Interleukin 2 (IL-2) is often used as an immunostimulant to combat HIV treatment. A study from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Clinical Center and the Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) showed that U.S. scientists recently found that some HIV-positive patients who responded to IL-2 treatment were treated T cell immune system can be significantly longer life expectancy.
