本文以改进的MTT法为初筛模型,筛选海洋放线菌产生的细胞毒抗肿瘤活性物质。对434株海洋放线菌发酵液的筛选结果发现,约16%的海洋放线菌发酵液对P_(388)和KB癌细胞的ID_(50)等于或大于320,其中最高可达20480。这表明海洋放线菌存在着活性高的细胞在抗肿瘤活性物质,是潜在的抗癌药源。
In this paper, an improved MTT assay is used as a primary screening model to screen for cytotoxic antitumor active substances produced by marine actinomycetes. The screening results of 434 marine actinomycetes fermentation broths showed that about 16% of the marine actinomycetes fermentation broth had an ID_(50) equal to or greater than 320 for P_(388) and KB cells, up to a maximum of 20480. This shows that marine actinomycetes have high activity in the anti-tumor active substances of cells, which is a potential source of anti-cancer drugs.
