《中国中医药报》2016年6月23日讯:近日,经国务院同意,国家卫生计生委、国务院扶贫办、国家中医药管理局等15个部门联合印发《关于实施健康扶贫工程的指导意见》,要求到2020年,贫困地区每个村卫生室至少有1名乡村医生掌握5项以上中医药适宜技术。《意见》指出,健康扶贫工程要积极提升中医药(含民族医药)服务水平,充分发挥中医医疗预防保健特色优势。在贫困地区优先实施基层中医药服务能力提升工程“十三五”行动计划,在乡镇卫生院和社区卫生服务中
