采取“半仿生提取法”制备结肠康颗粒剂，选择测定总黄酮、齐墩果酸的含量作为制剂质量控制标准。优选了制备工艺的最佳条件和含量测定方法。
The “semi-bionic extraction method” was adopted to prepare the Granule of Granules, and the content of total flavonoids and oleanolic acid was selected as the quality control standard of the preparation. The optimum conditions for the preparation process and the content determination method are preferred.
