采收烟叶是一项细致的工作。合理采收烟叶是提高烘烤质量的重要保证。采收烟叶要做到以下几点:1.统一标准后采收先由技术人员采出成熟叶片做成样烟,统一采收标准后再进行采收。做到熟一叶采一叶,严防老熟不收及不熟青收。2.看着生部位采叶.脚叶及下二棚叶片较薄,采收过晚易烤成枯张核桃叶,应在叶片稍有变黄、茸毛稍退时采收。腰叶厚度适中,成熟特征表现明显,叶片变为黄绿色,茸毛脱落,主侧脉变白发亮,叶尖下垂时采收。上二棚叶片较厚,成熟稍慢,应在叶片变为淡黄色、茸毛退净时采收。
