随着优良品种和珍贵种质资源的作用日益受到人们的重视,保证珍稀种子的繁殖成功,也就成为种子工作者和广大群众十分关注的问题。在无土栽培和无土移栽技术的启示下,我们于1987年进行了无土育苗移栽技术的研究。由于对营养液配方、栽培基质、具体操作方法等进行了全面试验改进,终于摸索形成了一套完整的技术,从而达到了凡有生活力的种子,几乎可以粒粒成苗,多数作物移栽成活率可达100%, 一、原理土壤的作用是不断提供和协调植物生长发育所需的水、肥、气、热,并支持固定植株。但在土壤中育苗也有许多不利因素,如病虫危害,自然气候骤变,都会造成缺苗。无土育苗移栽技术恰恰可以解决这些问题。首
