就中药检验来说,由于目前中药标准不够完善(项目不全或无具体指标),而且大部分中药还未建立质量标准,因此,用什么标准来判断中药的真伪和质量的优劣是首先要解决的问题,在检验中应着重注意哪些问题才能确保检验结果的真实性和准确性;其次,检验报告的格式和内容、书写好报告应遵循哪些要求和原则,以及报告的管理;另外,对于药检机构应出具规范化的报告书结论的处理问题,目前均无统一规定。所以,笔者现根据多年的工作经验和体会,并参考有关文献对上述几个问题浅谈如下。
