当下和今后一个时期将决定中国经济也许是10年左右的增长模式。有三个因素同时出现在一直处于良性增长的中国经济进程之中。首先是以宏观调控带来的集中于城市化进程方面的建设控制;其次是由于股市低迷带来的融资渠道问题;最后是近期人民币汇率机制改革带来的产业调整。在这样三大因素同时出现的情况下,放在中国政府、社会和企业面前的是一个关系到下一步发展的巨大问号。
The present and future periods will determine that the Chinese economy may be a growth model for about 10 years. Three factors simultaneously appear in the Chinese economic process, which has been growing at a healthy pace. The first is the construction control brought by the macro-control in the process of urbanization. The second is the financing channels brought by the stock market downturn. Finally, the industrial restructuring brought by the reform of RMB exchange rate mechanism in the recent years. Given the simultaneous appearance of such three major factors, placing the Chinese government, society and enterprises in front of them is a huge question mark that concerns the further development.
