针对碱性钨萃余液返回浸出过程中主要杂质P、As、Si、Cl等累积的问题进行了试验研究,并研究了两种除杂剂对浸出过程水相中杂质的去除效果。结果表明:不经处理的萃余液直接返回浸出会造成浸出液中各种杂质离子不同程度的累积;在浸出过程中加入合适的除杂剂,并控制磷酸钠的用量,可获得较高的W浸出率,且可保证浸出液中P含量稳定在一定的浓度范围内。
Aiming at the accumulation of main impurities P, As, Si and Cl during the leaching process of alkaline tungsten raffinate, the removal effects of two kinds of impurities on the impurities in the leaching process were studied.
