为配合江苏省第三届科普宣传周活动,增强大家对“科学技术是第一生产力”的认识,结合抗洪救灾实际,于1991年9月4～10日,河海大学组织以梁瑞驹校长为首的部份专家、教授赴苏、锡、常作防洪科技报告。参加报告会的有来自各市、县水利局、农业局、农工部、气象局、水产局、多管局、规划局、市城区防汛防旱分指挥部、市(县)科协、市(县)水利学会的科技工作者近1000人。报告题目是:(1)太湖流域洪水问题(梁瑞驹教授);(2)江苏省
