基层作为生产运行、成本控制、安全环保的基本单元,是企业全部工作和竞争力的基础。基础不牢,地动山摇。必须把基层建设作为根本大计,持之以恒,稳步推进,持续深入。一、以加强班子和党支部建设为核心,进一步增强基层的战斗力队伍好不好,关键在带。班子和支部坚强有力,思想上讲团结进取,工作上有思路方法,就能赢得员工的广泛支持,整个队伍就有主心骨。
