运用加味玉屏风散（黄芪、白术、防风、山药、天尽、麦冬、补骨脂、怀牛股等）贻疗小儿反复呼吸道感染50例．另随机选择丙种球蛋白肌注44例作为对照组。结果：治疗组痊愈18例．显效28例，有效4例，无效0例；对照组痊愈9例．显效17例、有效10例．无效8例；两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。提示加味玉屏风散有良好的提高免疫功能的作用。
The use of flavored Yupingfeng San (Astragalus, Atractylodes, windbreak, yam, God, Ophiopogon, psoralen, Niujin shares, etc.) Yi treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infections in 50 children. Another 44 cases of intramuscular injection of gamma globulin were randomly selected as the control group. Results: The treatment group cured 18 cases. 28 cases were markedly effective, 4 effective, 0 ineffective; the control group recovered 9 cases. 17 cases markedly effective in 10 cases. Invalid in 8 cases; there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Tip flavored Yupingfeng San has a good immune function.
