试验以“791宽叶雪韭”为试材,采用水培的方法,将单体型和组合型2种类型漂浮板在不同催芽时间(7、8、9d)内对韭菜生长、生理指标等进行了分析比较,以期获得最适韭菜水培的漂浮板类型。结果表明:2种漂浮板随着浸液时间的延迟,发芽率逐渐增加;在韭菜假茎粗、叶片数、叶长、叶宽、根体积、根系活力、叶绿素总量、干鲜质量上,处理间不存在显著性差异;在青苔发生上,组合型漂浮板比单体漂浮板减少81.37%,显著降低了青苔面积。说明组合型漂浮板可以作为韭菜水培的一种新选择,并能起到有效减少青苔面积的作用。
In this experiment, “791 Broadleaf Snow Leeks” was used as experimental material to study the effects of hydroponics on the growth and physiology of leeks at different germination time (7, 8, and 9 days) Indicators such as the analysis and comparison, in order to obtain the most suitable leek water culture floating plate type.
