建筑工程中的重要部分是给排水工程、电器安装工程和取暖工程,这些都是涉及到居民居住水平的工程项目,所以理应做好这方面的相关工作,保障建筑的安全,降低危险系数。但从现实施工中来看,尤其在房屋电器安装上仍存在许多通病需要改进,从而提升建筑施工的整体质量,提高工程质量,促进国家整体房屋建筑业的发展。本文针对房屋电器安装上普遍存在的质量通病加以论述,并针对这些病状给出相应的预防解决措施。
An important part of the construction project is water supply and drainage, electrical installation and heating engineering, which are related to the living level of residents of the project, it should be done in this regard, to protect the safety of buildings and reduce the risk factor. However, from the actual construction point of view, especially in the installation of electrical appliances there are still many common problems need to be improved, so as to enhance the overall quality of construction, improve the quality of the project and promote the development of the country’s overall housing construction. This article addresses the prevalence of quality common problems in the installation of electrical appliances, and gives the corresponding preventive measures for these conditions.
