本文简要分析了航运企业的融资难题，概要地介绍了现有的几种融资方式，并以组建客运船队的实例，对企业单独投资和中外合资两种情况作了财务上的计算比较，结果表明，在当前我国资金短缺的情况下，中外合资是一种可行的，有利的融资方案。
This article briefly analyzes the financing problems of shipping enterprises, briefly introduces several existing financing methods, and takes the example of forming passenger fleets as examples to make a financial comparison and comparison between the enterprises’ sole investment and Sino-foreign joint ventures. The results This shows that Sino-foreign joint ventures are a viable and favorable financing solution under the current shortage of funds in our country.
