在工农業大躍进中,湖北省戏曲創作出現了繁荣景象。楚剧《波折》《愚公移山》,汉剧《雷大姑》,特别是几个不同的《刘介梅》的出現,更加鼓舞了广大艺人和干部的創作信心,一个群众性的創作队伍正在形成。但是創作中碰到的問題也很多。如如何写真人真事,如何写英雄人物,如何运用戏曲形式反映现代生活等。为解决当前戏曲創作中的一些亟需解决的問題,湖北省文化局,于4月7日至14日召开了創作座談会,到会的有民間职業剧团編剧和輔导干部,也有部分戏曲专家,共53人。座談会就实际工作中的問題,作了专題討論。
In the great leap forward of the agriculture and industry, the drama creation in Hubei Province appeared prosperity. The appearance of Chu drama twists and turns, the foolish old man moving away from the mountains and the Chinese opera “Thunder Brothers”, and especially the several different “Liu Jiemei” have encouraged the creative confidence of the vast number of artists and cadres. A mass creative team is taking shape. However, there are many problems encountered in the creation. Such as how to write a real life story, how to write heroic figures and how to use the form of opera to reflect the modern life. In order to solve some problems which are urgently needed to be solved in the current drama creation, the Hubei Provincial Department of Culture convened a writing symposium on April 7 to April 14, and there were writers and counselors of private professional troupes and some cadres attending the meeting. Opera experts, a total of 53 people. Symposium on the actual work of the problem, made a special discussion.
