在调查分析高速公路建设项目现行管理模式和管理现状的基础上，提出了进度目标控制和实施体系及其ＣＡＭ 框架．通过对常规数据库管理、网络计划技术、进度计划的单目标与多目标优化、进度目标状态评价模型和评价方法的研究，研制开发了高速公路建设项目进度目标控制的计算机辅助管理软件．在沪宁、沪杭高速公路工程中的应用表明，该软件能较好地实现进度目标的跟踪分析、适时评价、优化调整及动态控制．
Based on the investigation and analysis of the current management mode and management status of expressway construction project, the progress target control and implementation system and its CAM framework are proposed. Through the research of conventional database management, network planning technology, single-objective and multi-objective optimization of progress plan, state-of-progress evaluation model and evaluation method, computer aided management software of schedule goal control of expressway construction project has been developed. The application in Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway and Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway project shows that the software can better achieve the tracking and analysis of progress objectives, timely evaluation, optimization and adjustment and dynamic control.
