《安娜·卡列尼娜》是俄国的伟大作家列夫·托尔斯泰(1828-1910)的名著之一。小说由两部分主要情节构成:安娜·卡列尼娜的爱情悲剧和莱文的生活经历。安娜不能摆脱俄国社会强加在她身上的婚姻羁绊,与自己倾心相爱的人结合,从而招致不幸,最终卧轨身亡。莱文的生活哲学反映了托尔斯泰对俄国社会的看法与理想。通过这两个人物不同的生活经历与结局,作者揭露了俄国社会的腐败与堕落,表达了自己对理想社会的憧憬。
“Anna Karenina” is one of the best-known Russian writers Leo Tolstoy (1828-1910). The novel consists of two major episodes: Anna Karenina’s love tragedy and Levin’s life experience. Anna could not escape from the bondage of marriage imposed on her by Russian society and combined with her loving heart, leading to unfortunate death eventually. Levin’s philosophy of life reflects Tolstoy’s views and ideals on Russian society. Through the different life experience and ending of these two characters, the author reveals the corruption and degradation of Russian society and expresses his own vision of the ideal society.
