我国当前大力发展保障性住房,要求保障性住房遵循绿色建筑的设计原则和设计方法。我国出台了保障性住房和绿色建筑设计的政策条款,提出以实用为准则,以经济有限的准则,推动保障性住房绿色建筑设计的发展。笔者将在下文讨论保障性住房绿色建筑设计方法的相关应用。
At present, China is making great efforts to develop affordable housing and requires affordable housing to follow the design principles and design methods of green building. China promulgated the policy provisions on affordable housing and green building design, put forward the practical guidelines as well as economic limited guidelines to promote the development of affordable housing green building design. I will discuss the following application of affordable housing green building design methods.
