钢材“减量增强”符合环保降耗理念,是钢铁行业发展的大势所趋,但高强钢板形矫正难度极大,其相对多发的板形缺陷与缺乏有效矫正手段之间矛盾突出。基于首钢1 000MPa(屈服强度)级SQ960高强热轧钢带开平生产实践,对高强钢板形缺陷的矫正进行了研究探索,提出了限制开卷温度、平整-开平多工序协作、多种矫直工艺合理联合、极端板形降速重矫等控制措施,实现了对1 000MPa级高强钢常见板形缺陷的有效矫正。
Steel “reduction” in line with the concept of environmental protection and consumption reduction, is the trend of the development of the steel industry, but the high-strength steel correction is extremely difficult, the relatively frequent occurrence of plate defects and the lack of effective means of correction between the prominent. Based on the practice of Kaiping production of 1 000 MPa (yield strength) SQ960 high strength hot rolled strip in Shougang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the rectification of high-strength steel plate defects has been researched and explored. The co-operation of multi-process of limiting open- Joint, extreme plate-shaped deceleration and other heavy control measures to achieve a common 1000MPa high-strength steel plate defects of the effective correction.
