为了生产高品质的IF钢,对不同钢包镇静时间钢水以及铸坯全氧和夹杂物的变化进行分析和讨论。结果显示,若保证铸坯全氧质量分数小于20×10~(-6),应保证钢包镇静时间为25min以上;生产实践表明,采用优化后的工艺,中间包全氧质量分数小于23×10~(-6)的合格率达到了98%,铸坯全氧质量分数小于20×10-6的合格率达到了98%。
In order to produce high-quality IF steels, the variations of ladle dead time ladle and slab oxygen and inclusions were analyzed and discussed. The results showed that the ladle sedation time should be over 25min if the oxygen content of the slab is guaranteed to be less than 20 × 10 -6, and the production practice shows that the oxygen content of the tundish is less than 23 × 10 The pass rate of ~ (-6) reached 98%, and the pass rate of the whole oxygen mass fraction of slab less than 20 × 10-6 reached 98%.
