疣毒净胶囊是本院自制的中药制剂,临床用于治疗尖锐湿疣取得了较好疗效。为了探讨该药对免疫功能的影响,本研究以环磷酰胺诱导小鼠免疫抑制状态为实验模型,观察其对小鼠免疫抑制状态的调节作用。1 材料和方法1.1 药物 疣毒净胶囊由广东省中医院制剂室生产。注射用环磷酰胺由上海华联制药公司生产。l.2 试剂 小鼠CD_3(总T)、CD_4(T_H)、CD_8(T_S)三种单克隆抗体(其中CD_3、CD_8用FITC荧光标记,CD_4用PE标记)及小鼠白介素2(IL-2)ELISA试剂盒均购自深圳
Qi Duo Jing Capsule is a homemade Chinese medicine preparation in our hospital. It has been used clinically to treat Condyloma Acuminatum and has achieved good results.
