目前,我国正在实行的医院分级管理是在运用现代医院管理理论,总结我国三级医疗网建设及创建医院活动的基础上,吸取国际上“区域性卫生发展规划”等先进经验,建立的一种新型宏观管理体系。在实施中,人们往往只重视医院分级管理标准的建设,而忽视区域卫生规划的制订工作。本文就区域卫生规划与医院分级管理的关系,从理论上予以探讨。以引起人们的重视,使医院分级管理得到更好的落实。一、区域卫生规划是实施医院分级管理的基础
At present, the classification management of hospitals in our country is based on the use of modern hospital management theory, summarizing the construction of China’s three-tier medical network and the creation of hospital activities, and drawing on the advanced experience of the “regional health development plan” in the world to establish a New macro management system. In the implementation, people often only pay attention to the construction of hospital management standards, and neglect the formulation of regional health planning. This paper discusses theoretically the relationship between regional health planning and hospital hierarchical management. In order to arouse people’s attention, the hospital’s hierarchical management has been better implemented. I. Regional health planning is the basis for implementation of hospital-level management
