各位代表:福州市各界人民抗美援朝代麦会议今天开幕,主席团要我来报告最近内外及本省的形势,现在我简要的谈一谈,请各位指正。自从全国人民兴起抗美援朝的运动以来,福建人民和海外侨胞都热烈地卷进爱个爱国运动中,有无百万同胞在保卫和平宣言上签了名,在抗美援朝中,人民自动的捐献已在两亿七千万元以上,全省到处开展了对美帝侵略的控诉运动,最近又有一万多青年报名投考军事干部学校。为什么会有这样蓬蓬勃勃的抗美援朝的爱国运动呢?这是中国人民爱国主义的伟大表现,在客观上又是美帝发动侵略战争的行动促成的。美帝国主义者发动对朝鲜的侵略战争,并侵犯我国的台湾,又不顾我国人民的意志和警告,悍然把战火燃烧到我国边境。这样,「美帝国主义者提醒中国人民:中国的革命与反革命之间的战争还没有完结」,因为美帝对朝鲜台湾的侵略,正是他们干涉中国革命的延长与扩大:中国人民只有积极地行动起来,坚决抗美援朝,才能获得人民民主与持久和平,才能保卫我们祖国的安全与和平建设。
Distinguished Delegates: The People’s Assembly of People of All Residents in Fuzhou Opens Today for the Anti-United-Aid Movement in Korea. The Presidency asked me to report on the recent developments both in China and other parts of the country as well as in our province. Let me briefly discuss it. Please correct me. Since the movement of the people of the whole nation to raise an anti-US aid and aid Korea, both the Fujian people and overseas Chinese have been enthusiastically involved in the Patriotic Movement. Have millions of compatriots signed the declaration on the defense of peace, and the people have voluntarily donated two Seven hundred million yuan more than 170 million people throughout the province to carry out the invasion of the United States against the complaint campaign, more than ten thousand young people recently enrolled military cadre schools. Why should there be such a vigorous patriotic movement to resist US aggression and aid Korea? This is a great manifestation of the Chinese people’s patriotism and is objectively caused by the U.S.-led imperialist war on aggression. When the U.S. imperialists launched the war of aggression against North Korea and violated our country’s Taiwan, they ignited the will and warning of our people and flagrantly fired the war on our own borders. In this way, “the U.S. imperialists remind the Chinese people that the war between China’s revolution and counter-revolution has not ended yet,” because the U.S. aggression against North Korea and Taiwan is just an extension and expansion of their interference in the Chinese revolution: the Chinese people are only aggressively Only when we act in an active manner, resolutely resist the policy of U.S. toward the United States and aid the DPRK in order to achieve people’s democracy and lasting peace can we safeguard the security and peace of our motherland.
