本刊讯3月8日,商务部部长陈德铭在全国“两会”记者会上就“中国对农村商业流通政策”相关问题回答了记者提问。他表示,国务院已协调31个部门在打击假冒,重点防止农业生产资料,包括化肥、种子等等出现假冒,也包括食品类的安全和假冒问题。为何市场上会出现化肥、种子的假冒现象?陈德铭认为,出现这一现象,是国家发展阶段的问题。我国长期实行的是计划经济,一下子实行市场经济以后,发展中要建立制度、规则。
On March 8, Minister of Commerce Chen Deming answered reporters’ questions on “China’s policy on rural commercial circulation” at a press conference held at the national “two sessions.” He said the State Council has coordinated 31 departments to combat counterfeiting and focus on preventing counterfeiting of agricultural means of production, including fertilizers, seeds and the like, as well as the issue of food safety and counterfeiting.
