1999年12月10日至11日,海南省科学技术大会在海口隆重举行。这是海南省委、省政府为了深入贯彻全国技术创新大会精神,进一步加大实施“科教兴琼”战略的力度,全力推进科技进步和技术创新,实现海南科技发展的新跨越而召开的一次重要会议。会上,省长汪啸风作了《加快实施“科教兴琼”战略,推动我省社会生产力跨越发展》的主题报告,在各界引起积极反响。会后,本刊记者就有关问题采访了汪啸风同志。
December 10, 1999 to 11, Hainan Province Science and Technology Conference was held in Haikou.
