核心区力量训练最本质的训练意义和作用就是:保持较好的能量传递产生较大的速度和力量。人体躯干部位克服阻力的能力是所有田径项目基础和必备的体能力量素质。下面笔者把在中高考应试体育项目训练中,应用核心区力量训练的点滴体会介绍给大家。一、应试训练选择核心区力量训练的原则中高考应试体育项目与竞技体育项目的训练条件、训练对象、训练性质各不相同。教练员的知识业务水平也有很大的差距。但核心区力量的意义和作用却都处于同等重要的地位。这就需要我们必须树立核心区力量训练与具体训练实际相结合的原则,才能对我们的训练工作起到积极而富有成效的作用。(一)核心区力量训练必须与体技能训练相结合原则
