设计机器时,实现主运动和进给运功的变速勿换向或机动手动交替等是不可缺少的。因此,操纵机构的设计是机床设计中的一个重要内容,根据一般常用单独变速操纵机构传动装置的组成形式的三大类,(1) 用拨杆操纵,(2) 用齿轮与拨杆操纵,(3) 用导杆的操纵。在我厂设计的XT3015大型铣镗机时,都无法采用,因为主轴箱变速范围大,主轴进给,主轴箱上下移动,滑座纵向移动的变速和传动系统都集中在主轴箱内,而且各自要求分别有手动和机动操纵,又要求各自的操作手把集中在主轴箱上。因此要求设计很紧凑,我厂自行设计了一种新型操纵机
