对于批量大,品种规格多的轴类零件钻中心孔,不仅辅助时间长,质量低,且劳动强度大。特别是加工细长轴、曲轴、凸轮轴、方轴等中心孔时,对工人的技术要求又较高。针对这种现状,我们研制了一种不停车中心孔钻具,经一年多来的实际使用,证明效果明显,受到工人的好评。现介绍如下: 结构原理滑套12在螺钉6的作用下,既可随钻具体2旋转,又能随锥套3在钻具体上轴向移动。螺钉14、螺母套13、紧定螺钉7可调节中心钻的伸出长度,以保证中心孔的加工尺寸。挡圈9既可防止钻具体和工件端面间的摩擦,又能控制中心孔的深度。制动手柄15可防止锥套随着钻具体旋转,以保证正常工作。弹簧4的作用是在后支座退出时,能使锥套及滑套自动复位,
